Ball screws spindles for high RPMs and positioning accuracy
We manufacture ball screw drives from Ø 10 - Ø 160mm. The maximum pitch can be equal to the nominal diameter. Spindles up to 7m long are standard and are manufactured from a single piece. Upon request, manufacturing spindles up to 14 m in length is possible.
Special pitches (inch pitches, etc.) are also available.
All ball screws threads comply with precision classes IT3, IT5, IT7 and IT10, and are manufactured per DIN 69051. Upon request, we can provide you with a pitch report for the ball screw drives (standard for IT3).
We can provide you with the appropriate nuts, which will be available either per DIN, in-house standard or according to the customer's engineering drawing. The customer decides whether he requires a single nut or a dual nut. Depending on the pitch or load, ball profiles from Ø1.58 to Ø15 mm are being used.
In addition, we can supply complete assemblies with fixed or floating bearing blocks, as well as nut supports. For longer spindles, we offer alternatively driven nuts, which are delivered including a complete bearing package.
