Roller guides

Our "Monoguide" roller guides are perfectly suitable to use with mechanical systems. They are available in the following sizes: 25, 35, 45 and 55.

FEM analyses were used in order to evaluate occurring deformations under diverse loads. As a result, the optimal raceway geometry could be developed. This ensures the highest possible load capacity, and the longest possible service life.

Even the lubrication method of the carriages was redesigned. As a result, only one lubrication nipple is required for the Monoguide, regardless of the installation position of the carriage. Check valves are mounted in the front plate, preventing the back flow of the lubricant into the supply line.

Integrated longitudinal and transverse wipers are standard and a comprehensive range of safety measurements is optional.

All rails are shipped with plastic cover caps. Here too, steel or brass caps or cover band made from steel are available.
