Longitudinal guides with near frictionless coated material

Sliding guides are of interest, if the load capacity and precision requirements are not excessive, they are quiet and unsusceptible to impact.

The running surfaces of the longitudinal guides are coated with near frictionless sliding material. Sliding guides are used where there is a demand for slower speeds (max. 20 m/min) and in special cases, where the exceptional stiffness of the roller system is required.

The complete set consists of two hardened RM guides and two RVA guides with near frictionless sliding material. When using identical sizes, the RV guide complete with cage, and the longitudinal RVA guide are interchangeable.

The operating temperature must not exceed 50°C. Load capacities per cm2 are available from 600 N to 7500 N. Upon request, bores can be drilled and lubrication channels can be milled in.
